Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners (with credits @sexycowpoke.exe), but may not be used for profit without additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all the rights to the work. I’m allowed to post on social media unless requested otherwise. I’m allowed to include art in my portfolio. The use of A.I. in my works is prohibited.

Fanarts commissions (characters from any game/series/etc) may be used for commercial use as I see fit (e.g., merchandise, physical prints and more).

All listed prices are the base price. The price may increase depending on the commission.

I have the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your demands or if your request doesn’t follow my conditions (all my conditions are listed on my commission sheet with all the artwork exemples).

When my dms are open I won't guarantee I'll reply right away. And when I accept your request please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with specific deadlines will have additional fees. I can take max. 3 requests for now (might change in the future…). My deadline is usually 3/4 weeks minimum (depending on the commission). You’re welcome to ask for updates if there hasn’t been one in a while! I’ll usually provide updates at the clean sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK only when given credit @sexycowpoke.exe

Please provide visual references to help me fulfill your request better without unnecessary mistakes in the process. If given none it may result in additional fees or be for the commission to be declined.

Payment is via Stripe invoice card only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the initial sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.

If you need to cancel your commission after paying 50% but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

In the rare events I can’t complete the commission at all, I will give partial money depending on how much I have completed (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

Please be kind. Any aggressive or improper behavior during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will keep 50% of the total payment.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for approval (or if you want any adjustments). When approved I will not accept any refunds unless issued by me.

Once I’m finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. If requested more, there may be an additional fee that must be paid in full before making any adjustments.

Once the artwork is finalized and accepted, I will email you the full res.png version of the work and the jpeg version for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
